The NFLPA has decided to hold a public meeting this week to discuss its new rules on player endorsements.
The union will meet Thursday in New York City at the offices of the League’s chief financial officer, Jeffrey Kessler, according to a union press release.
The meeting will be open to the public and will be livestreamed at NFLlive.com.
The union plans to unveil the new rules at a Thursday morning news conference.
It is the second meeting on the topic.
The league held a similar meeting in June to discuss how players should be paid for endorsements.
The union will also address the issue of endorsements and pay transparency with commissioner Roger Goodell, the union said in a statement.
