I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been on a ketocrazy diet and just couldn’t get enough pizza.
This keto keto dough recipe is perfect for a ketosketo pizza party or ketosis keto party.
It’s made with everything you need to make an awesome keto and ketosis party.
Just like the pizza, it can be made ahead of time and reheated.
Plus, it’s great with ketogenic cookies, cakes, or just about anything.
Keto Keto Pizza Dough Ingredients: 1 cup water 2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 1/4 cups shredded parmesan cheese 1/3 cup shredded provolone cheese 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons paprika 2 teaspoons salt 1 cup bread flour 2 tablespoons butter, melted 1/8 teaspoon onion powder 2 1 1 /2 cups milk 1 cup shredded coconut milk 1 tablespoon shredded coconut oil Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, mix together shredded mozarella and shredded parmean cheese.
Add milk and salt and mix until just combined.
Add garlic powder, paprika, and salt to the wet ingredients and mix to combine.
Add melted butter and onions and stir to combine, and then add milk and coconut oil.
Stir to combine and fold in the flour mixture.
Pour batter into loaf pan, spacing it evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Cool completely on wire rack for about 30 minutes.
Notes: I used this recipe to make pizza dough for my family.
You could also use it to make your own keto pita bread.
