Posted August 28, 2018 09:24:14 It’s no secret that the ketogenic diet has made a huge impact on my body and my life, so much so that I’m starting to feel the effects now.
Now that I have been off my diet for over two years, I can say that I am feeling much better and my appetite has also improved.
I can feel great and have a lot more energy.
But, I have to admit that the best way I have ever experienced the ketosis is the daily bread recipe from Aldi, which is the most popular bread in Australia.
I’ve been using Aldi ketogenic bread for years, but this recipe is one of the most nutritious and delicious keto recipes I’ve found anywhere.
It’s easy to make, has a great flavour, and is also low in calories.
It also makes a great breakfast and dessert recipe.
To make it, you just need: 1 loaf of bread 1 can of diced tomatoes 1 can chopped green onions 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon coconut oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/3 cup almond flour 1/6 cup oats 1 tablespoon honey (I used honey for the first step) Combine all the ingredients for the bread, tomatoes and onions in a bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius (177 degrees Fahrenheit).
Make sure to wash and dry your tomatoes before cooking.
Put the bread in a large baking dish.
Spread half of the tomato mixture into the bread and then top with the remaining tomato mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cool for about 15 minutes before slicing.
Serve with a slice of toast.
This recipe is suitable for a wide variety of people.
It can also be used as a main meal for a week.
