I used a banana as a snack in the 1990s and now I use it as a bread.
I love banana bread because it’s quick, fresh, and I can make my own bread at home.
But it’s also delicious.
Here’s how I made my own banana bread.
Get a bag of bananas.
A bag of ripe bananas is just the right size for a loaf of bread, and you can buy them in bulk from the grocery store.
You can also get them from your local farmer’s market.
Add the banana.
Put the banana into a mixing bowl.
Add enough flour to form a dough, and mix it well.
Add a little salt and pepper, and let it rest for a few minutes.
Add more flour if you want to make a thicker loaf.
Put a cake tin on top of the baking pan, cover with foil, and bake for about 45 minutes at 350°F.
The loaf should be golden brown.
The dough should be very elastic and you should be able to pull it out of the oven.
It should take about 30 minutes.
The banana bread is ready when the loaf is done.
Serve this banana bread with a salad, a fruit smoothie, or a hot chocolate.
You could also serve it with some vanilla ice cream or a scoop of vanilla yogurt.
